National Industry Analysis 2010

Landscaping Australia is currently undertaking a national industry analysis.  The national landscape contracting industry in Australia encompasses more than 13,000 companies with approximately 53,000 employees.  Changes within the industry predominantly due to the emphasis now being placed on the environment, the green industries and the alliances between many demand and supply chain members within Lifestyle Horticulture.  This survey will cover all the states in Australia and will cover issues such as:

• turnover
• employment
• apprenticeships and trainees
• break-up of revenue by supply/demand chain
• innovation undertaken
• affect of new environmental and climate change trends
• issues affecting the your landscape business currently

The above are just some examples of questions that will be evaluated. 

This survey is due for completion by end June 2010 and will be made available to members of Landscaping Australia.
